The role of PRM is to create, develop and manage relationship of IuteCredit business partners, offering an excellent business experience and ensuring consistency. PRM identifies potential business with new and existing partners and ensure that all sales activities are done in accordance to IuteCredit policy. IuteCredit success is directly linked to the efficiency of Sales staff, PRM is a key position to sales team and directly contributes to portfolio growth of Commercial Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and initiate introduction and development of IuteCredit business model at potential business partners
  • Introduce IuteCredit products and services to the partner, and be able to understand and propose business solution in accordance to partners needs
  • Develop and maintain good Relationships at Three Levels – Owner, Manager and direct Sales Staff
  • Train partners key staff, to aim successful sale activities
  • Ensure that partners are updated to new products, services and procedures applied by IuteCredit
  • Attend meetings with existing partners, to follow up on partner’s sales activities, concerns or needs for staff training
  • Monitor and analyse sales trends on daily basis for each partner under his/her portfolio
  • Identify problems that might affect sales activities and propose solution
  • Monitor market demands, customer feedback, and positioning of the competition
  • Provide continue information on the competitors products and services, and their sales activities that threaten IuteCredit market share
  • Be able to always know, and have updated information on IuteCredit advantages against competitors
  • Promote the e-commerce tool (paying in installments for online shopping), develop, create and maintain the portfolio of dealer partners
  • Train and support of partners in creating and maintaining their web stores and maintain a closed relationship with them to ensure excellent service and customer experience
  • Monitor closely the process flow of online shopping and ensure that documents are delivered accordingly and on time. In case of repetitive issues, investigate and propose changes in the process
  • Ensure permanent visibility of IuteCredit brand at Partners premises
  • Propose and plan visuals and marketing materials that promote IuteCredit products and services
  • Ensure that marketing materials and visuals of IuteCredit branding are well positioned and well maintained throughout the business collaboration
  • Plan weekly follow up meetings and report comments on previous week activities
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales report
  • Develop, create, and maintain cooperation with a partner network for Cash products

PRM targets:

  • Achieving sales objectives: paid outs, APR, number of partners, number of applications
  • Finding new Partners
  • Continuous training for new partners staff and follow-up trainings for existing partners
  • Prompt training for new procedures or products

Knowledge, skills required:

  • Excellent sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build B2B relationship
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Market knowledge, and strong analytic skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic

Education/ Experience:

  • University degree on Business/Marketing/Business/others
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales management position
  • Very good English, spoken and written
